This took me about 40 hours to model and is the most complex model Ive done so far. I learned so much about modeling in blender while making this, now if I can just make it look good in a scene with lighting and materials ;P

That is an awesome modeling job you've done there it has to be said. You'll have to be ver carefull how you texture this though as you could loose a lot of the details if you do it wrong! I hope you get it right, best of luck and keep up the good work!

Hey thanks, glad you like it! As far as your question, the way I understand it is hypernurbs and smoothing groups are the equivalent in 3ds and c4d to catmull-clark subsurf in Blender. If thats correct then yes, I used it on every object. Not sure if thats right though, maybe someone else can explain..
